Registration includes a swag bag with t-shirt, booklet, and pen; meals (see schedule); and dorm housing (extra nights with meals optional to add on).
Cost: $345 per attendee, $25 per extra night stay. A minimum of a $50 deposit is required per person upon registration.
Deadlines
Registration & Payment Deadline: April 30 - No changes or additions to the attendee list may be made after this date. All final payment must be submitted.
Refunds:
Full deposit refund of $50 will be issued if canceled by March 31.
Full refund (excluding $50 deposit) will be issued if canceled by April 30.
50% (excluding $50 deposit) refund will be issued if canceled between May 1- May 15.
No refunds will be issued after May 15.
All Attendees: Medical Release Form - Every attendee, including leaders/chaperones, must complete by May 15.
Leader/Chaperone: Campus Policy Form - Every leader/chaperone must complete by May 15.
Leader/Chaperone: Background Check Deadline is May 15 - Soon after registration closes April 30, all leaders/chaperones will receive a pre-authorized email form from HireRight screening company to the email they listed on their registration form. No leader/chaperone may attend camp with their group unless they are cleared with a background check before arrival. We encourage each group to have a standby youth leader complete a background check in case one of the leaders has to unexpectedly drop out. Please send eventproductions@sbts.edu an email with the legal name and email of the backup leader as soon as possible. If any leader has not submitted the background check form by end of day May 15, their registration will be cancelled on May 16.
